See Morrison’s high speed bottle inverting system in action as it seamlessly integrates with a rotary rinsing machinery. While the rotary rinser isn’t shown in this video, we use test star wheels to simulate the smooth handoff process between the timing screw and the main rotary turret. Watch as Morrison expertly inverts bottles over the timing screw, transfers them through star wheels (mimicking an OEM rinser), and returns them to the timing screw for re-inversion, ensuring they end up right-side up. Gallo required an 8-hour loop test to pass FAT, where Morrison’s system ran glass bottles continuously without a single break.
