Down Bottle Reject Guides are a great solution to add to new and existing product lines to automatically reject down bottles. This mechanical solution solely relies on rail setup (no operating costs) that will knock off all down containers as they pass by. By utilizing the geometry of the containers and position of the rails in relationship to the conveyor, Morrison’s system can easily remove down bottles while upright containers continue down the line.
