Our customer needed to accept a single lane of tall, skinny water bottles and metered to be at pitch for the downstream sleeving application.
Due to the unstable nature of the tall containers, Morrison implemented a dual stacked timing screw system to enhance control and minimize the tipping risk. This dual system provides better stability for the bottles as they travel through and exit the screw, ensuring they are discharged at the specified pitch for the customer’s sleeving application.
The timing screw drive unit was constructed with Black Anodized Aluminum.
