A Gatorade manufacturer needed a container handling solution to invert their new line of pod containers to both 180, and 360 degrees. The customer needed this solution to positively handle their containers without causing any damage to the pods.
Our engineers developed two twist blocks to solve the handling challenge. A long twist block inverts the pods 360°, maintaining their orientation, while a shorter one inverts them 180°, regardless of their initial position, saving the customer from additional costs.
The application was constructed from highly durable stainless steel, and food-safe UHMW plastic. Perfect for easy cleaning and maintenance.
