The implementation of Morrison’s custom twist block solution resulted in efficient container inversion, consistently and accurately inverting the single-serve coffee canisters to meet the manufacturer’s requirements. The production flow was maintained at 80 FT/Min without interruptions due to the backlog-driven system. The use of UHMW material ensured the equipment was lightweight and easy to clean, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the low-footprint design allowed the manufacturer to integrate the solution seamlessly into their existing production line without requiring significant modifications.
