Dual Screw Systems for More Container Control

Ideal for round, rectangle, or oval containers, dual screw drive units are designed for applications or containers that need more points of control. Synchro Bars provide continuous motion applications for speeds up to 300 CPM. They are good solutions when you do not need to synchronize with other equipment on the line and need a simple feeding solution. Backlog recommended.

Servo Upgrade for Enhanced Synchronization

Ideal for round, rectangle, or oval containers, dual screw drive units are designed for applications or containers that need more points of control. Servo Driven Systems are for applications over 300 CPM, indexing applications, or synchronizing with other areas of your line. These systems have reduced mechanical parts. Backlog recommended.

Guarding Packages

Keep Your Workforce Safe

All Morrison Guarding Packages feature safety interlocks switches on doors and covers to shut the machine down if the connection is broken. Safety interlocked switches are wired into customer controls or Morrison supplied controls if the controls package is purchased with the machine. The common construction is Stainless Steel and Lexan for visibility into the machine, but all Stainless Steel construction can be provided for high washdown applications.

Controls Packages

Build a System That Is Fully Integrated

Controls packages can be supplied to allow your system to be a complete solution. Morrison utilizes Allen Bradley controls in all packages, but customer specified electrical components can be accommodated upon request. Controls are designed to be independent of existing line controls. Specific network and safety integration can also be accommodated upon request.

Deluxe Adjuster Upgrade

Tool-Less Changeover

If you’re running multiple containers on the same machine, we recommend upgrading to Morrison Deluxe Adjusters for tool-less adjustment of timing screw centerlines. They are recommended when centerlines need to change during changeovers as they minimize changeover times. Deluxe Adjusters provide precise in/out and up/down adjustments via numerical counters for repeat setups.
