Standard Divider
The Morrison Standard 1:2 Product Lane Divider is a system that divides one lane of product into two for downstream equipment and can run up to 1000 containers per minute.
System can run rounds, ovals, and rectangles and is a simple solution when needing to move product from one lane into two lanes. Change parts can be provided to bypass the divide and push product to one lane for ultimate flexibility.
Swing Gate Divider
The Morrison Swing Gate Product Lane Divider is a dynamic system that divide product into up to 6 lanes utilizing a swing gate and timing screw to distribute product evenly between lanes. Servo controlled, you have the flexibility to bypass lanes and create different lane/pack pat- terns. By being servo controlled the timing screw accurately counts the appropriate number of containers fed into each lane.
The lane shift is servo controlled as well to ensure accurate product placement and to run up to 1000 containers per minute.
Pneumatic Divider
Based on downstream signaling, the pneumatic divider system is smart and dynamic to fire a pneumatic rail, diverting product into the appropriate lane. Since the product is free flowing when they enter the pneumatic rails, stable products are recommended for this system to ensure the product remains upright as it travels down the conveyor.
This is the perfect option when needing to run unstable containers and run without stopping the line. It runs up to 1000 containers per minute.
