Simple Combiner
Our Simple Combiner is best for any application that keeps both lanes running at all times. The system utilizes timing screw technology to accept two lanes of product and discharge them out of phase so rails can accept the containers and finish the combine. The use of mechanical and electrical components makes this easy to install and flexible to run up to 1000 containers per minute.
Entry-level AC motor options are available and can run up to 400 containers per minute.
Smart Combiner
The Smart Combiner utilizes timing screw and controls technology to accept two lanes of containers and combine them into one lane at discharge by releasing the containers out of phase, just like the Simple Combiner. Allowing you to run only one lane if necessary, this combiner uses photo eyes to keep the system running with backlog. It can run up to 1000 containers per minute and utilizes servo motors for a more sophisticated controls experience
Dynamic Combiner
The Dynamic Combiner accepts two lanes of containers and combines them into one lane at discharge, fully combining them in the screws. This allows us to combine unstable products, and at high speeds. By using 4 screws and 4 Servo motors, the container is completely controlled throughout the entire process, regulating upstream flow to create consistent combining and throughput for downstream equipment. The first two screws run based on enough backlog present while the second two screws run continuously to discharge any present container. This system’s nature makes it more robust with the highest degree of flexibility, running up to 1500 containers per minute.
