Morrison’s engineers designed an automated, user-friendly system with tool-free changeovers. They created a custom shuttle and chute system, allowing simple adjustments for different container sizes by swapping parts and fine-tuning adjusters.
The timing screw changeover was also simplified—just unlock, swap screws, and reattach. This design minimized downtime, allowing efficient handling of multiple container sizes and boosting line productivity.
