Morrison’s engineers designed a system that enabled our customer to consistently fill empty laundry detergent containers. They customized a timing screw drive unit to seamlessly integrate with the customer’s existing setup. This unit fed the containers into the timing screw, where they were paused and indexed at a consistent speed and position before continuing along the conveyor belt. At Morrison, our goal was to deliver more than just a satisfactory product. Our engineers aimed to support our customers in another critical area—reducing downtime on the manufacturing floor. By cutting downtime during packaging, especially when switching between different container types and sizes, efficiency improves significantly. To achieve this, Morrison supplied the customer with dual deluxe adjusters designed to streamline changeovers and minimize downtime.
