Our customer came to us needing us to prototype a single cup denesting station for their single serve olive cups.

Morrison Solution 

Our container handling experts loved working on this prototyping project. For this system, they designed a prototype single-cup denesting station. This station was equipped with a vertical denester that accepted stacks of olive cups and denested them into the chute below. The prototype was servo-driven to mimic an indexing motion.

Construction 

The system was constructed from stainless steel and food-safe UHMW plastic, creating a robust yet lightweight solution.

Results

Morrison’s single cup denesting station successfully met the customer’s requirements by efficiently handling single-serve olive cups at the desired speed of 100 CPM. This project highlighted Morrison’s capability in developing customized solutions that address specific customer needs and demonstrate our expertise in innovative container handling systems.
