This system orients TV dinner-style containers for sleeving machines with a 90 degree turn wide-side leading—a challenging task as they naturally run narrow-side leading. Using timing screws, Morrison initiates the turn with two infeed screws, completing it with a third overhead screw. The containers are then transferred to a feeding lug conveyor for precise delivery into the sleeving machine, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
