See how Morrison’s Metering Drive System supports consistent container spacing for vision inspection applications on high-speed lines. In this setup, round 30-ounce PET containers—empty, uncapped, and warm—are spaced at 150 containers per minute ahead of a quality control system. Tight line conditions and a 90-degree turn required a custom screw design to handle discharge spacing and product orientation. This solution includes:

  • Left- and right-hand metering systems
  • Custom timing screws
  • Inline AC gearmotors
  • NEMA 12-rated AC controls with VFD, HMI, and Ethernet connectivity
  • Lift-off guarding with top cover access
  • Stainless steel HMI mounting stand
