A pharmaceutical company entering packaging to produce hand sanitizer amid COVID-19 worked with Morrison to streamline their new production line by providing a machine to automate metering hand sanitizer bottles. Our engineers designed a custom slave-driven timing screw system to integrate seamlessly with the existing filling system. This solution fed bottles with consistent spacing, optimizing the process and enabling rapid production startup.
