Divide and Conquer

This video showcases a Morrison handling solution for fried onions. Containers move from a single file to 4 lanes using timing screws, not swing gates, for precise control. Vibrators under the conveyor help settle the product. The containers are then recombined into one lane via 2-1 lane combiners, exiting with a 13.5” pitch to feed a check weigher.
