Dual Turning and Indexing Shampoo Bottles

Morrison designed a custom dual turning and indexing timing screw drive unit to control pucks holding shampoo bottles. This system precisely turns and indexes containers for efficient pick-and-place access. It supports clockwise and counterclockwise turns, handling two styles of pucks and positioning containers to ensure seamless processing. The system completes a 12-cycle index, allowing for smooth pick-and-place removal.
