Low Cost Combining Solution

Our Standard Combiner is ideal for applications that keep both lanes running continuously. Utilizing timing screw technology, it accepts two lanes of products and discharges them out of phase, allowing rails to accept and finish the combine. This system, combining mechanical and electrical components, is easy to install and flexible, running up to 1000 containers per minute. Entry-level AC motor options are also available, supporting up to 400 containers per minute.

Flexibility When Only One Lane of Product Fed

The Smart Combiner employs timing screw and controls technology to accept two lanes of containers and combine them into one at discharge, releasing containers out of phase. This combiner allows for operation with only one lane if necessary, using photo eyes to maintain system running with backlog. It runs up to 1000 containers per minute and features servo motors for an enhanced controls experience.

The Dynamic Combiner accepts two lanes of containers and combines them into one lane at discharge, fully integrating them within the screws. This system supports the combining of unstable products at high speeds, using 4 screws and 4 servo motors to maintain complete control throughout the process. It regulates upstream flow to ensure consistent combining and throughput for downstream equipment, running up to 1500 containers per minute.

The Morrison Standard Lane Divider features cantilever timing screws which can complete the the divide in under 18 inches of space. the divide is completed in the timing screws to maintain positive control of the container. This is the lowest cost option to divide containers in a compact footprint.
