Dividing Cereal Cups

A cereal manufacturer required a single lane of cereal cups to be divided into two lanes for downstream case packing. Morrison’s engineers developed a timing screw system that alternates each container to the left or right side of the conveyor. A “V” shaped wedge then separates the containers into two metered lanes.
