In this video, we are orienting gallon cleaners in jug format. The household cleaner enters the system at random and exits upright with the handle trailing before entering the downstream system.
This system accepts randomly oriented, empty bottles and keeps them upright while guiding them through to the sheet metal rail, which aligns the handles in correct orientation. The final touch—a metal rod—allows the bottles to maintain their orientation as they exit the system.
