This custom-designed system for Coca-Cola was created to support a special promotion. The containers are initially fed into the dual timing screw horizontal denester in a large stack, and our system separates them to present the side panel of each container to an overhead labeler for precise label application. Once the label is applied, the pitch of the timing screws re-nests the containers for seamless continuation of the packaging process.
