Custom Orienting Juice with Straw

In this video, we are custom orienting juice with straw for a sleeving application.

This system is designed to accept full, capped, upside down round containers with a straw insert from a backlog in a random orientation and orient them consistently for the sleeving application downstream. The container is oriented based off of the straw cavity via a timing screw, dead plate, orienting rail, and synchronized lug conveyor.
