The customer needed an efficient way to combine two lanes of empty plastic bottles into a single lane. Morrison provided a custom timing screw drive unit that merges lanes smoothly, handling the lightweight bottles with precision. Our dual combining system merges the two lanes, discharging bottles in a staggered pitch to form a seamless single flow. The system adapts to backlog conditions, preventing bottlenecks, while Morrison deluxe adjusters and a “No Tools” Quick Change feature allow for fast setups and easy changeovers between different bottle sizes.
