Our customer needed a dual tag applicator for 11 different container shapes—rectangular, tapered, and round—all on a single line with heavy glass containers. Some containers required a 90-degree rotation for tag application and return. Morrison designed a custom quad screw drive assembly with an easy screw changeover system, providing precise control with a bottle stop at the infeed to manage backlog and smooth startup.
