A prepared food manufacturer required a precise, fast-paced solution to divide one lane of product into two while meeting strict food industry standards. Morrison’s engineering team developed a 2:1 Smart Combiner, combining uneven lanes by releasing containers 180 degrees out of phase, merging them into one lane. This solution included custom electrical controls, VPF Epoxy-coated food-grade servo motors and gearboxes, and full guarding.
