Morrison worked with a leading CPG company and co-packer to design a Febreze custom packaging solution to automate the labor-intensive multi-packing line. Previously requiring 32 people to hand-pack into cardboard boots, the process was slow and lacked visual appeal. Morrison’s custom solution automated grouping, collating, and sleeving, boosting productivity and enhancing packaging.

Morrison’s system sorted, oriented, and grouped containers, aligning handles and applying a sleeve for a clean, cost-effective multipack. The automated line handled up to 320 containers per minute across three lanes, using a sleeve to replace cardboard boots for improved branding.
