A pharmaceutical manufacturer needed a solution to present glass ampoules to a gripper conveyor for inspection. Morrison designed a timing screw drive unit to feed ampoules from mass accumulation, aligning them in single file, increasing pitch, and rotating each ampoule 90 degrees. This setup guided ampoules to a trunnion conveyor with precise support and control, allowing secure handling by the gripper.
