Our customer needed cereal bowls to be inverted on the production line for code dating. Morrison’s solution: a twist timing screw drive assembly that flips sealed cereal cups 180 degrees, allowing a code dater to print on the bottom. This UHMW twist works with the timing screw to securely control and flip containers from a random feed, adding versatility. The system mounts diagonally across the conveyor, enabling a single conveyor to handle both infeed and discharge.
