Turning and Grouping for Robotic Pick and Place

This system is designed for turning and grouping for robotic pick and place. The system accepts a single lane of plastic oval bottles from a backlog. The system turns the containers from narrow-side leading to an angle of 22-30 degrees and indexes for a 2.5 second dwell time. Slugs of 18 containers to be picked out of timing screws by a robot.
