Inverting Olive Cups

Morrison created a timing screw drive system to split a single container lane into two, allowing only one lane to invert sealed cups. Our design accepted containers from a random feed, divided them, and inverted one lane 180° to position the lip at the bottom. The inverting system was mounted diagonally, using the same conveyor for both infeed and discharge, with full perimeter guarding for added safety
