We designed a household cleaner down bottle reject guide system to automatically reject downed containers to reduce their opportunity to enter the downstream system.
A large household products manufacturer faced a recurring issue with containers tipping over on their line, which reduced throughput and increased downtime as operators had to reset bottles manually. They turned to Morrison for an automated solution, and Morrison’s engineers developed a non-invasive down bottle reject system. This retrofit design ejects tipped bottles while allowing upright ones to continue down the line. Powered directly by the conveyor, the system requires no additional power source, helping to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
