Metering and Indexing Fruit Cups for Pick and Place

A product manufacturer required a system for indexing fruit cups to fit within their existing robotic pick-and-place setup. Morrison provided a 2-lane, 4-screw system that meters and holds tapered fruit cups at a constant pitch, enabling the robot to pick up 16 containers per lane. With ‘No Tools’ Quick Change screws, the system easily adjusts for two container sizes, seamlessly integrating with the customer’s framework.
