Morrison’s custom solution uses mini stacked feed screws and synchronized control to move containers horizontally, transitioning to a lug conveyor with a multi-level starwheel for precise stacking. Servo drives and UL-certified controls ensure smooth operations, while full guarding and easy access streamline maintenance. Six compact units were delivered, optimizing limited floor space.
