A wet wipes manufacturer needed a system to divide, cross-lane, and combine wet wipes without risking seal damage, as they wanted to prevent the wet wipes from drying out. Each application was engineered into one seamless system, incorporating photoeyes for precise cross-laning. Containers from a de-palletizer were able to pass through the system without damage, maintaining product integrity throughout packaging.
