Turning Rectangular Containers with Handles

This feed screw drive unit is turning rectangular containers with handles to feed a labeler downstream. The dual screw system accepts the rectangle containers from a backlog and turns them narrow side leading to wide side leading at 150 containers per minute. The machine comes with multiple sets of screws to run multiple container sizes on the same drive unit. Containers are discharged at a pre-determined pitch as they exit the timing screws.
