A Morrison customer needed to pack shaving foam containers in sets of three while maintaining high speed without tipping or damaging the product. Our engineers designed a servo-driven stacked timing screw unit and a puck/lug conveyor to efficiently discharge containers in three-packs. After sleeving, the packs transfer smoothly onto a takeaway conveyor. This system’s dual contact points—top and bottom—add stability, streamlining production for taller containers.
