A manufacturer needed a high-speed solution to group, meter, and rotate multipack aluminum cups on one line without causing scratches. Morrison’s system combines these processes, eliminating extra machinery and saving costs. It rotates empty aluminum cups 90 degrees, nests, meters, and discharges them into a lug conveyor in precise counts. With specialized timing screws, it handles containers gently and efficiently for seamless, damage-free multipack production.
