A customer needed a system to index rectangular dish washer detergent containers under a filling station with a half-second dwell, incorporating a pneumatic vibrator for product settling. Our engineers created an all-in-one system that meters, fills, and dwells containers while a pneumatic vibrator gently shakes the containers to provide thorough settling without damage, smoothly preparing them for downstream applications.
