A spice manufacturer needed to reject full and empty 32 oz. down bottles while allowing upright ones to continue down the line, maintaining production flow and minimizing broken products. Morrison’s engineering team designed a down bottle reject guide system that used container geometry to automatically remove fallen bottles, efficiently handling various flavors on the same line at 140 containers per minute.
