To streamline a contract packager’s labor-intensive process of hand-filling vitamin gummies, Morrison designed a rotary system to automate filling. Our solution expertly oriented containers under a filler, guided by a timing screw and star wheels, for continuous motion and precise alignment. Morrison’s custom stars and guides provided secure handling, boosting daily output and allowing for easy upgrades as packaging evolved.
