A soap manufacturer needed a solution to reject down bottles across various container sizes on the same conveyor line. Morrison’s engineers created a custom down bottle reject system that retrofits onto existing conveyors. The system efficiently ejected down bottles into a basket while allowing upright ones to continue, handling six different bottle sizes with no manual adjustments needed.
