Lay Down Oval Bottles

A shampoo bottle manufacturer needed a solution to lay tall bottles 90 degrees onto a conveyor for downstream packing, accommodating two bottle sizes without damage. Morrison’s engineers designed a single timing screw and UHMW twist system to turn containers and form pairs in sync with the conveyor, providing smooth, accurate placement.
