Filling Corn Starch

This custom solution, engineered by Morrison, was designed to improving the accuracy of filling corn starch and handle the containers safely. The custom solution rejected containers by resolving fill accuracy issues. A custom cantilever divider splits containers into two lanes, allowing staged fills for improved speed and precision. Properly spaced containers are then verified by weight and recombined into one lane. To handle starch safely, Morrison’s control system maintains a 10-foot blast radius for operator safety. The reject system efficiently removes underweight containers.
