A large laundry detergent manufacturer needed to adapt their metering system for a new container shape to save time and money. Morrison’s solution included a custom timing screw drive unit that integrated with the existing setup, enabling precise container indexing along the conveyor. In the customer’s facility, the containers needed to be trimmed after blow-molding to allow for downstream filling of the product. By providing dual deluxe adjusters, Morrison helped reduce downtime during changeovers, boosting overall efficiency on the production line.
