Denesting Flower Pots

A household products manufacturer sought to automate their labeling system’s process for nesting and denesting flowerpots, a process for tightly packed containers at high speeds, meeting strict industry standards.

Our engineers designed a dual drive assembly within the labeling head to space and denest pots, allowing precise label placement. After labeling, Morrison re-nests the pots and discharges them in counted stacks, verified by a laser for accuracy.
