Uprighting and Combining One-Quart Oil Bottles

Morrison designed a custom four-screw system specifically for combining one-quart oil bottles. The system efficiently handles two lanes of horizontal, empty oil bottles as they exit the trimmer discharge star. The bottles are seamlessly twisted upright to a vertical position using precision-engineered screws.

Once upright, the bottles enter a second set of screws, where they are combined into a single lane and smoothly conveyed to the next stage of the production line. Morrison’s system integrates directly with the customer’s existing trimmer discharge star and is slave-driven off an output shaft for seamless operation.
