A customer needed a high-speed system to turn and group spam containers into 2, 3, and 4 packs for a downstream sleeving application. Morrison’s engineers designed four custom timing screws, splitting the turning and grouping functions for efficiency. The first screws oriented the containers, while the second grouped them, enabling quick changeovers and minimizing downtime.
