Our customer needed to group a single lane of triangle and rectangular bottles before sleeving. Morrison’s solution: a dual metering and grouping drive unit that accepts, orients, and groups bottles, discharging them at a 7” pitch for efficient sleever input. Custom timing screws allow the system to handle multiple container shapes. With a Deluxe Adjuster for quick changeovers, this setup creates 45 groups per minute, totaling 90 containers.
