Orienting chemicals is a common application on chemical packaging lines. A customer needed gallon jugs of household cleaner to be handle-trailing before the next application. Morrison’s solution: a dual stacked screw orientation system. This system accepts randomly oriented, empty bottles and keeps them upright while guiding them through to the sheet metal rail, which aligns the handles perfectly. The final touch—a metal rod—allows the bottles to maintain their orientation as they exit the system.
