Our customer needed to reject down bottles on their production line to stop them from traveling downstream and jamming their machinery.
To provide a consistent flow and correctly manipulated containers, Morrison designed a down bottle reject system in which fallen bottles were automatically rejected from the line without disrupting the speed of production.
The guide reject system was constructed with UHMW.
The system efficiently removed down bottles, preventing jams and downtime, while maintaining production speed, leading to smoother operations and increased efficiency.
