Morrison Container Handling Solutions to Attend Inaugural PACK EXPO Southeast in Atlanta, Georgia

Morrison Container Handling Solutions is excited to unveil a remarkable array of container handling equipment at Booth #1004 during the inaugural PACK EXPO Southeast, running from March 10 to 12 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Attendees can register for free using Morrison’s compensation code 41K93.

As a long-standing custom automation equipment OEM, Morrison has consistently used its exhibits to inspire solutions for complex packaging line challenges across the globe. Each featured machine demonstrates innovative container handling techniques that streamline operations, reduce manual labor, and enhance productivity and efficiency.

Featured at PACK EXPO International in Chicago last fall, the Morrison Rotary Base with Quick Change Parts is back for another round of competition! This gamified experience invites attendees to test their skills by racing against the clock, seeing how quickly they can change over the rotary system using quick change stars, guides, and timing screws. Daily prizes will be awarded to participants with the fastest times.

Morrison’s display will emphasize the adaptability of Morrison’s parts across various OEM equipment. It will highlight the company’s range of change parts (also referred to as bottle handling parts) and the versatility of the Rotary Base. The Rotary Base, designed as an OEM solution, enables companies accustomed to inline systems to offer rotary, high-speed, and continuous motion alternatives to their customers. Together, these innovations showcase a new dimension of container handling possibilities for OEMs and end users alike, promising enhanced production capabilities.

Morrison will also feature its Smart Combiner and Divider Loop at their booth.

This versatile system combines and separates containers dynamically, adapting to downstream product demand. It enables high-speed upstream operations to feed products into two lanes for slower downstream processes or ensures synchronization between upstream fillers and downstream labelers.

Featuring cantilever timing screw technology, the divider minimizes its footprint, completing operations in less than 18 inches. The machine demonstrates the capability to create multipack patterns and manage combining and dividing tasks in high-speed production environments.

“We’re really excited to showcase our solutions in the Southeast market,” Director, Marketing and Business Strategy Allison Wagner said. “PACK EXPO is an important part of our approach to meet new customers and showcase container handling automation that can improve production lines. It’s going to be an exciting show!”
